Overall From My Opinion If you have already using Oneplus3 than No need To Buy 3T Just do Wait For  OnePlus 4. there is some Rumors and Leaked Regarding upcoming OnePlus4. Fresh leaks indicate that the OnePlus 4 will come up with Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship Snapdragon 830 processor and will come with 6GB of RAM. 

While Qualcomm has not officially announced the Snapdragon 830 processor, it is expected to ship with quite a few upcoming 2017 smartphones including the Samsung Galaxy S8, Microsoft Surface Phone, And the new upcoming Turing phones.
